Attention Bloggers: Is your blogging career on the right path? If you're feeling like you just don't have what it takes to create and maintain a successful blog, then the Blog Internship program is for you...

Have The Blogging Blahs Got You Down? Now You Can Learn The Skills Successful Bloggers Use Every Day To Get And Keep Readers, Earn More Money, And Really Enjoy Blogging!

Blogging is hot! So hot, in fact, that it seems like everyone is doing it. But if you're like most new bloggers, it also seems like everyone else is doing it better. They're making more money, they have a bigger audience, and to top it off, they seem to be having a lot more fun!

Clearly, YOU must be doing something wrong - at least that's how you feel.

You're Not Doing It Wrong, You Just Don't Have All The Skills You Need To Make Your Blog A Success ... Yet!

All successful bloggers have a few things in common:

  • They've developed relationships with other bloggers in their niche to expand their sphere of influence and take advantage of joint ventures and relevant affiliate programs.
  • They utilize social networking to drive traffic and attract readers to their blogs.
  • They work to develop inbound links to their blog to improve their search engine ranking.
  • They participate in the blogging community.
  • They work continuously to increase their RSS readership.

These are just a few of the habits and skills you need to develop to be a successful blogger. None of it is difficult or overly complicated, and everyone with the drive to succeed can do so. But when you're just starting out it can be difficult to know where to begin, and even more difficult to stay on track. That's where the Blog Internship Program can help.

This Unique, Hands-On Training Program Will Take You From Newbie To Noteworthy In Just Ten Weeks

My name is Kelly McCausey. I'm a Blogger, Internet Marketer and Business Coach.  I've been working with moms, helping them create and grow profitable internet businesses for more than five years now.

I have been offering a popular blogging internship through Mom's Talk Network for more than two years.  During the internship period, I work with a small group of mom bloggers, helping them to develop their blogging skills and teaching them to incorporate social media and affiliate marketing. These bloggers actually blog on my network, receiving immediate feedback and suggestions for improvement for every post.

Naturally, My Free Blog Internship Is
Limited To A Very Small Number Of Bloggers

I received hundreds of applications for the most recent internship. Unfortunately, I only have the time to work with a handful of interns (and only so many blogs available for them to use!) and it is really hard to turn away so many promising new bloggers. That's why I've decided to make the Blog Internship curriculum available as a ten week membership program--so everyone who is interested in taking their blog to the next level can take advantage of this proven training program.

"Applying for the Moms Talk Network Internship has been the best decision I have made in my new online career. I have gained experience and knowledge over the past 10 weeks that would have taken me months or years to get on my own. I have learned so much about blogging, WordPress, making contacts, using social media and getting exposed to my market. Kelly's advice and tutelage has been invaluable and if you are thinking about starting a blog and want some guidance in the "how-to" department, I highly recommend you apply for the internship. It is a lot of work, but not as much work as running your own blog!"

- Christie Ingram

"Two months ago I was fortunate enough to join the intern program that Kelly McCausey has implemented at Moms Talk Network. The education I have received during this time is unsurpassed. Kelly took us moms under her wing and has patiently taught us totally new terms and routines that will truly help us grow our own online blogging businesses. As my internship comes to a close, I feel confident that I am as prepared as I can be for my new venture."

How Can You Know If The Blog Internship Right For You?

This ten week internship has some very specific objectives and goals. Before you decide to join us, you should take a good look at them and make sure that you're ready to tackle these objectives, and that they're a good fit with your online business.

Here's what you can expect to learn:

  • Working with Wordpress. Wordpress is the most popular blogging software for a reason: it's the most robust, best supported, and easiest to use blogging platform out there. During the internship you'll learn everything you need to know about running a blog on Wordpress.

  • Developing a Daily Blogging Habit. Blogs - especially new blogs - need lots of love and attention. It's nearly impossible to build a successful blog without committing to a daily posting schedule.

  • Using Social Networks to Promote Your Blog. Social networks like Twitter and Facebook are important to the growth of your blog. In the Blogging Internship you'll learn how to gain followers, and how to promote your blog to those followers without being called a spammer.

  • Developing Relationships with Other Bloggers. Blogging is a social endeavor. You need to get out there and mingle with other bloggers in your niche grow your blog and your readership.

"I understand what a post should look like now! I have confidence that I didn't have before. (I thought my writing really stunk and I almost didn't apply because of that.) The knowledge and experience you gave was invaluable!"

- Danielle Johnson

Here are some specific goals you will achieve:

  • Writing a Great ‘About Me’ Page. For a lot of people, the About Me page is the first place they look when they land on a new site. You want a page that is compelling, and that will entice your new reader to click through to more of your posts.

  • Post to Blog Daily. I know I've said this twice - but that's how important it is! Don't worry, though. I'll show you how to schedule posts in advance so you can visit the in-laws for a week and still keep your blog updated.

  • Grow RSS Subscribership. Your RSS subscribership is a good metric by which you can measure your blog's success. If you don't know what RSS is, don't worry. We'll cover that, too.

  • Increase Comment Activity. The most successful blogs are a community, and that community converses through comments. Learn how to increase comments and build a community around your blog.

  • Increase Inbound Links. You need to get your blog found in the search engines, and one of the best ways to improve your search engine ranking is to increase the number of links coming into your site.

  • Find Related Affiliate Programs. You might have started out blogging for fun, but once you've built up a readership, it's time to monetize. Affiliate marketing is easy, costs you nothing, and can potentially be very lucrative.

  • Participate in a Cross Blog Conversations. Cross blog conversations are a great way to build community and relationships with other bloggers.

  • Participate Blog Memes. Blog memes are fun activities that can increase your reach and help you get to know other bloggers and the blogging community.

If these objectives and goals line up with your own goals - then the Blog Internship is a perfect next step for you. However, if you're thinking to yourself "I already know all that!" then the one on one coaching option might be just what you're looking for. We'll cover that in just a minute.

"The blogging internship has been a great experience for me and has probably taken months off my learning curve. I’ve learned to be comfortable with WordPress, how to use social networking to promote my blog. I’ll be ready to go back to my blog with new vision and purpose from what I’ve learned."

- Marya Mesa

Blog Internship Was Created For Wordpress Users

Wordpress is simply the best blogging platform available. It's stable, easy to set-up and use, well supported, and is open source, which means there are thousands of plugins available to help make your blog better.

Now, does that mean that you can't benefit from the Blog Internship if you choose to use another platform? No. A lot of the principles remain the same. However, there are some Wordpress specific instructions in the program, especially concerning post formatting. If you're using Blogger or another platform, you'll be on your own when it comes to interpreting that information for use on your blog.

Blog Internship Requires a Ready Blog

The curriculum is prepared for a blogger with a blog to blog on - that means you have a blog that is fully installed and properly customized - ready for viewing. It doesn't matter if you've made one blog post or hundreds - so long as your blog is ready for action.

If you're sure the Blog Internship program is for you, but you just haven't gotten around to getting a domain and hosting package, let alone setting up a blog, head over to MomWebs and Scott will get you up and running quicker than you can say "I'm a blogger!" Seriously. He'll even install Wordpress for you, so you don't have to worry about it.

Ok, now lets dig into what the Blog Internship has to offer you...

The Blog Internship Includes:

The 'Pre-Internship Check List' Sheet that helps you make absolutely certain that your blog is equipped for the internship and that you are registered for all of the social networks and tools that we'll have you use during the internship.
Ten Weekly Lesson Plans - each week's plan is designed to be completed in about ten hours and every subsequent week builds on the week before.
Ten Accompanying Audios - I verbally explain everything in the Lesson Plan so that you know WHY you're doing everything.
Valuable Bonus Special Reports - Whenever I believe that your learning will benefit from additional information on a topic, I'll provide extra resources to help you master it!

This is the exact internship curriculum that I use with my Mom's Talk Network Blogging Interns and the same verbal instructions I provide.  You'll be fully equipped to take action on your blog.

In ten short weeks, after fully completing the lesson plans - you'll have raised your level of exposure in the blogosphere, added more than fifty pages of content to your blog, built some great relationships and incorporated new profit points into your content.

Most important, you'll have established great habits that will serve you and your blog well into the future.

"I had to reach deep and be SMARTER about blogging - and that's the greatest personal benefit of my blog internship experience. My attitude about blogging has changed drastically because I have seen the impact - large and small - it has had on others. But the impact it had on me really surprised me. I am a much better writer; I'm a much better social networker; I am a much better affiliate marketer and I'm really just getting started! I had to step up to the plate and found a lot of strength and courage and resources within myself I didn't know were there."

- Debbie Taylor
